Little Cayman
Little Cayman is a tranquil setting for someone looking for property on a quiet island still to be discovered. The island, at 12 miles long and two miles wide, has a little over 100 permanent residents yet boasts some of the best diving and snorkeling in the world.
Reefs start at about 20 feet and plunge to 3000 feet in the clear blue waters below creating world-renowned “wall dives”. The shallow reefs host a myriad of colourful marine life and are easily accessible from shore.
Little Cayman has many sandy beaches along its coastline making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life abroad. Land prices in Little Cayman are slightly higher than Cayman Brac. Sandy beach lots fetch higher prices than iron shore frontage.
